Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing and Social Media Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive awareness and business growth. Success in this role requires creativity, strong communication skills, excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The Marketing and Social Media Manager will oversee content creation, manage our Instagram and Facebook accounts, develop and execute email marketing campaigns, assist with graphic design, coordinate promotions, and support the planning and execution of events. The ideal candidate is proactive, digitally savvy, and passionate about storytelling, brand development, and creating engaging experiences that connect with our guests and community.

Below is a more detailed list of the duties and responsibilities for this position.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies that support brand awareness, guest engagement, and business growth.
Manage the company’s Instagram and Facebook accounts, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and audience engagement.
Create engaging social media content, including photography, videos, reels, stories, and promotional materials.
Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all marketing platforms.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional communications.
Assist with graphic design for social media, email campaigns, menus, flyers, signage, and other marketing materials.
Plan, coordinate, and promote restaurant promotions, seasonal campaigns, special events, and community partnerships.
Collaborate with restaurant leadership to identify marketing opportunities that increase guest traffic, reservations, event bookings, and sales.
Maintain an organized marketing calendar for social media content, email campaigns, promotions, and upcoming events.
Monitor social media engagement, email campaign performance, and marketing metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Research industry trends, social media strategies, and local marketing opportunities to strengthen brand visibility.
Ensure all marketing content, promotions, and published information are accurate, timely, and consistent with company standards.
Maintain an organized library of marketing assets, photographs, videos, graphics, and promotional materials.
Provide regular updates to leadership regarding marketing initiatives, upcoming promotions, events, and campaign performance.
Perform other marketing and promotional duties as assigned to support the company's business objectives.

Qualifications

Ideally, 2–3+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Proficiency in managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.
Experience creating digital content, managing email marketing campaigns, and developing promotional materials.
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with content creation and editing tools.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of brand voice and audience engagement.
Creative, proactive, and knowledgeable about current social media trends and digital marketing best practices.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with restaurant leadership and team members.
Experience with email marketing platforms, social media scheduling tools, and analytics is preferred.
A degree or certification in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Compensation: $71,000.00 per year
